When a guest walks through our salon doors, we want that first impression to be favorable and we want it to continue until that guest walks out the door. Details that might seem minor can have a make-or-break effect on client retention. At Forbici Salon and Spa, creating a high-quality client experience is our top priority and now, our guests will be able to see that for themselves!

Phase one of our salon renovation is a reflection of our ongoing commitment to our guest experience. Our higher level workspace includes all new flooring and custom interchangeable stylist stations (an overall design concept requested by the owner, Jackie Lewis). These stations are now identical and portable. The carts look and feel more like furniture. The new open concept provides a much lighter and brighter guest experience. Clients will find the new treatment lounge (backbar station) one of the the most relaxing parts of their salon visit. This area will be more private overall. To further enhance the comfort aspect, we have created a vestibule area prior to check in. No bursts of cold air on damp hair. The look and feel when you walk in will be “farmhouse chic.”

We are truly excited and proud of the new space and cannot wait for our guests old and new to share in the experience. We value a work environment that brings a sense of pride to our staff for they are the smiling extensions (no pun intended) of our brand!

We Look forward to finalizing all the ongoing details for our beautiful new space! Check out our website for all the great renovation images coming soon!

As we all get excited for our pumpkin spice lattes to return, we are often changing up our hair color routines as well. Fall hair color ideas can be low-maintenance but high-impact, and we've got plenty of gorgeous options for blonds, brunettes, redheads, and more!

Summer elements (chlorine, salt, and UV rays) can do the worst kind of damage. Your hair is crying for a fresh start and there are many treatments that can revive your look. First and foremost schedule your cut or trim!

A lot of people will be going short this Fall! Short layered haircuts will always create more shape and volume. Adding blended layers on short hair brings texture, fullness, and dimension, which is a bonus for women with fine hair.

Looking for a little color inspiration? Blondes can replace chunky bleached highlights with thinner more natural ones to add a soft dimension. Try a glaze with some golds to warm up your ends. Amber or chestnut hues can create a rich look if warmer tones are your vibe.

For brunettes who want to go darker, perhaps enhancing your depth with lowlights? For reds you can achieve this with adding color a level darker at the root. Top it off with a gloss to add richness and shine. Auburn hair is typically a rich red-brown, but depending on the intensity of the red, it can look like a brunette with hints of red undertones or look like a dark deep reflective red.

2021 has been the year to go big and there is plenty of time left to opt for bolder cut and color choices!

Fall is the perfect time for deep conditioning your hair. Forbici offers many deep conditioning treatments, masks and a chemistry system intensive treatment. Contact us to learn which treatment is right for you.

“Fall focus is on shine and gloss. If the hair looks healthy and well-conditioned, it’s on-trend, whatever the color. Well-conditioned hair is everything this season, linking into hair health as a symbol of our overall well-being.”

Instantly achieve visible skin improvement with Aqua Dermabrasion Facial

Treatment (wet/dry microdermabrasion) one of the most popular professional skin services available today!

This new advanced technology sets a new standard and level of comfort in microdermabrasion services. The combination of this new technology along with superior designed diamond tip hand pieces, allows for the most progressive microdermabrasion service in skin care; layered wet/dry microdermabrasion.

We featuring a 3 pass targeted approach that provides complete comfort and beautiful healthy looking skin after just one service. 1) exfoliate 2) target 3) buff

"Wet" Microdermabrasion is similar, except instead of crystals hitting the skin with pressure, the machine uses a diamond head tip that exfoliates as you pass the tip across the skin. It is called "wet" microdermabrasion because the machine also uses customized serums that are pushed into the deeper layers of the skin during the exfoliation process. You will experience both suction, exfoliation, and moisture from the serums. The result is often similar except you leave with less redness, irritation, and your skin will feel hydrated. There are specific serums that address acne, hyperpigmentation, and anti-aging or hydration.

The main difference is that dry microdermabrasion offers precision when it comes to getting to the rounds of the eyes, corners of the nose, and behind the ear lobes, whereas wet microdermabrasion is more customizable as the infused solutions can be targeted for clarifying, brightening, hydrating, and anti-aging.

Nearly all skin types from the age of 18 can benefit from the treatment (think normal, dry, oil, or acne-prone). However, it’s not entirely all-encompassing. It’s not recommended as much for people with rosacea, eczema, or sensitive skin. Learn about all of our fabulous skin services.
