Elevating Our Client's Salon Experience

When a guest walks through our salon doors, we want that first impression to be favorable and we want it to continue until that guest walks out the door. Details that might seem minor can have a make-or-break effect on client retention. At Forbici Salon and Spa, creating a high-quality client experience is our top priority and now, our guests will be able to see that for themselves!
Phase one of our salon renovation is a reflection of our ongoing commitment to our guest experience. Our higher level workspace includes all new flooring and custom interchangeable stylist stations (an overall design concept requested by the owner, Jackie Lewis). These stations are now identical and portable. The carts look and feel more like furniture. The new open concept provides a much lighter and brighter guest experience. Clients will find the new treatment lounge (backbar station) one of the the most relaxing parts of their salon visit. This area will be more private overall. To further enhance the comfort aspect, we have created a vestibule area prior to check in. No bursts of cold air on damp hair. The look and feel when you walk in will be “farmhouse chic.”
We are truly excited and proud of the new space and cannot wait for our guests old and new to share in the experience. We value a work environment that brings a sense of pride to our staff for they are the smiling extensions (no pun intended) of our brand!
